Alfred State College to sponsor Ballpark Brawl™ VIII

Dunn Tire Park in Buffalo, NY to host August 23rd wrestling super show after the Buffalo Bisons vs. Pawtucket Red Sox baseball game

Buffalo, NY (5/21/07) - Professional wrestling will return to Dunn Tire Park on Thursday evening, August 23rd. Ballpark Brawl™ VIII will take place after the Buffalo Bisons vs. Pawtucket Red Sox game.

"We're pleased to be hosting this event for the fifth straight season. Once again Alfred State has been able to sponsor the show which enables us to keep increasing the size & scope of the cards. Consistently these events have garnered praise throughout the wrestling community, highlighting the future stars of the sport and paying homage to the athletes who blazed the path before them. In addition, this event provides our fans with another unique entertainment experience at the ballpark," said Buffalo Bisons representative, Christopher Hill

All tickets will allow entry into the Buffalo Bisons vs. Pawtucket Red Sox game as well as the wrestling event. Field Seats for the event will be $35.00 for the first three rows & $30.00 for the remaining rows in advance. On event day all Field Seats will be $40.00 at the door. Reserved seating in the stadium bowl will be the same as a regular Bisons game. Special Reserved -- $10.00 & Reserved - $9.00. THE RING WILL BE SET-UP BETWEEN HOMEPLATE & THE PITCHERS MOUND.

Tickets for each event will go on sale Friday, May 25th @ 9AM at the Buffalo Bisons ticket office & Tickets.com locations. Field seats are only available at the Dunn Tire Park box office either in person or by phone (716) 843.4373.

Gates will open at noon.
Buffalo Bisons game 1:05PM-4:30PM ET (estimated)
Estimated Belltime for the pre-show will be 5:30PM ET.
Estimated Belltime for the regular-show will be 7:00PM ET.

Talent will be announced in later releases.

Post-Event Party information will be announced in a later release.

TICKET INFORMATION Limited field seating will be available. The first two rows will be $30.00 and the rest of the field will be $25.00 in advance. $40.00 at the door on event day. Reserved tickets for the Ballpark Brawl are $14.00. Tickets will go on sale Friday, May 25th @ 9AM ET at the Dunn Tire Park box office, all Tickets.com and at the Bisons web site, www.Bisons.com.
