On Saturday February 24, 2007 Fighting Spirit Pro Wrestling celebrated their Fourth Anniversary with a show at their new venue, The Hall (former El Sombrero), 1330 US 301N in Palmetto, FL. The paid attendance was 291 and they saw the following matches:

(1) In an impromptu match, Sgt. Vincent Sarducci defeated Son of Sicily. FSPW Owner Damien Christopher had brought Sarducci out to lead the crowd in the national anthem when Sicily crashed the party. After the match the locker room came out to wish Sarducci the best of luck as he is shipping out to Iraq in two weeks.

(2) “Samoan Bulldozer” Mark Zout (w/Jose Armando Alejandro Estrada) defeated Tito Cartel. After the match Zout shocked the audience by signing with John Q and the Fed Up North. John Q’s prized client James Morrison was also there for the beat down of Cartel and Estrada.

(3) Papi Catracho and El Jugador fought to a no contest when Stone Cates charged the ring and laid out both men. He took the house mic to tell everyone no one in FSPW was going to stop his rise to the top.

(4) FSPW Florida State champion “the Best Ever” Sonny Maivia defeated VA Hampton via pinfall. The ringside fans complained they saw Maivia use Hampton’s tights to get the win.

(5) FPSW Tag Team champions “Irish Destroyer” Heater and VinnDetta defeated “Hardcore Conquistador” Tony and former WWE Superstar Marty Jannetty via pinfall.

(6) Mexican wrestling legend Hector Guerrero defeated George Rodriguez via DQ. With the referee knocked down, Guerrero hit Rodriguez with a bar stool and then placed the stool in Rodriguez’s hands. When the referee and Rodriguez got to their feet the referee called for the bell as Guerrero laid in the ring appearing knocked out.

(7) In a Double Jeopardy Match, FSPW Heavyweight champion Deathrow Jethro defeated Barney Rumble and Jason Sensation defeated BoneZ the Cutthroat.

Both matches occurred at the same time with one referee with each match. The winners of each match faced off and Sensation defeated Deathrow. Jason Sensation is your new the FSPW Heavyweight champion!

FSPW will be back at the Hall on March 24th. Log onto www.fspwonline.com for information in the coming days.
