Hellos !
Just a quick update for this week - we had every imaginable e-mail/sever/technology problem imaginable (sidenote : ms outlook sucks). Everything appears to be working this evening! Because of all the delays and server issues (and sitting on the phone for HOURS every single day) we were unable to setup our box office for inperson ticket sales at Relapse. In person ticketing will now hopefully begin this week - stay tuned for details. We apologize for any inconvenience =(

Our 2007 calendar finally picks up as we approach spring! This week includes shows for hardcore giants TERROR (tonight jan 29th), awesome dream pop electronics from nyc's GRIZZLY BEAR at johnny Brendas (thur feb 1st), for the beardo fishtowners in all of us ecstaic peace (thurston moore's label) recording artists MV/EE play an intimate seated show in the side chapel room of the first unit church (sat feb 3rd) and finally a superbowl sunday doubleheader (sun feb 4th) at the church starting with a matinee show for THE FALL OF TROY & PORTUGAL THE MAN followed later that evening by local rock/punk-popers THE LOVED ONES.

We also added a few new shows : DIY Superstars MATT AND KIM who have been blowing up all over every blog and internet site ever and some how ended up with a video on MTV (that we actually saw!) are coming to play their first church show on Thursday February 22nd. DALEK who are one of our most favoritest (and loudest live bands) ever come back to Philly w/ a new record on Thursday March 1st at Johnny Brendas. The screamy grind dancey pants of DAUGHTERS come back to the church with their ex-Arab On Radar buddies CHINESE STARS on Thursday March 7th . And for the kids who like their metal with a dose of nintendo 8 bit sylings HORSE THE BAND hit the church with HEAVY HEAVY LOW LOW on March 28th.
