-- Matt Cappotelli made an appearance at OVW's 400th TV taping this past week with bad news, his brain tumor has grown and will need surgery to remove it. “Doctors have been monitoring the tumor since its discovery, and my last MRI revealed that it had grown a little,” Cappotelli said. “I had been feeling pretty good the last couple months, but recently I had some bad headaches and noticed a little change in my vision. They told me that because the tumor has grown, my optic nerves had swollen as well.” Cappotelli's surgery takes place in Boston on 4/1.

-- Todd Grisham will be hosting MLS Saturday on FSC.

-- Former WCW/WWE wrestler and part-time MMA fighter Sean Christopher Haire was punched out last weekend when he claimed he was defending a friend who was jumped by three men in front of the Barmuda Triangle in Hilton Head Island, SC. 28-year-old Juan Brantley punched Haire in his eye fracturing an orbital bone and other parts of his face and skull.

-- Les Thatcher and Mick Foley on NPR.

-- Chris Kanyon announced his retirement from pro wrestling on Thursday which was his 15th anniversary in the business. Kanyon will be on the Howard Stern show this Wednesday 4/11 to discuss his future plans.

-- UWF returns to The New Alhambra Arena in Philadelphia on Friday, June 8 featuring Team 3-D, Steve Corino, Christopher Daniels, Dustin Rhodes, and many more stars to be announced. Tickets are $75.00 for the Ultimate Experience ticket (Reserved Ringside Rows 1-2 and early entry for meet and greet). Remaining seats are $40, $25, and $20.
